PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide moving coils for linear motors, which consist of coils with a plurality of phases and do not require compression when combining them. SOLUTION: The moving coil consists of three coil units 20u, 20v, and 20w in U, V, and W phases per pole, the three coil units are combined so that openings formed between two folded parts become opposite each other alternately, and at the same time one folded part of adjacent coil units enters the above opening of a certain coil unit, thus three-dimensionally aligning the straight-line parts of the two folded parts in each coil unit with a constant pitch for combination.
