PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle frame having spring hinges which are simple in constitution, are less restricted in design and structure, have sufficient functions and durability and are easy in fabrication and repair and spectacles using the spectacle frame. SOLUTION: The spectacle frame having hinge parts 3 collapsibly coupled with temples 4 to wraparoud endpieces 2 have spring pieces 41 which are fixed at one end to positions apart from the hinge parts 3 of the wraparound endpieces 2 and abutment pieces 21 which are disposed in the positions apart from the hinge parts 3 of the temples 4. The spring pieces 41 abut on the front ends of the abutment pieces 21 and deform the front ends when the spectacles are put into a wearing state by opening the temples 4 and when the temples are further manipulated to an open direction.
