PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management device capable of setting up not only simple reading/writing access right but also more detailed access right. SOLUTION: Three following expressions are prepared for one document 1 (11). Namely the expression 1 (11a) is the substance (MS-word, a power point, etc.), of a document, the expression 2 (11b) is printing disabled PDF (display is possible but printing is impossible) and the expression 3 (11c) is a postscript (only printing is possible). The expression 2 (11b) is automatically generated from the expression 1 (11a) by using a PDF generation device 1 and the expression 3 (11c) is automatically generated from the expression 1 (11a) by using a postscript generation device 2. When the right of these three expressions is respectively applied to each user, the user can optionally execute the display, printing and correction of a text by displaying the text by using the expression 2 (11b) and printing the text by using the expression 3 (11c). |
