PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effective current measuring device capable of outputting an effective current value to which a code indicating a supply direction of a power is annexed. SOLUTION: An effective current measuring device converts an AC analog current signal of a power system into a digital current signal, and calculates an effective current value based on this digital current signal. A DC analog voltage signal of the power system is converted into the digital voltage signal, and a valid power value is calculated based on the digital current signal and the digital voltage signal, and a code of the valid current value is detected based on this valid power value. |
