PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a photometric device from getting complicated and larger in the case of making the zoom ratio of a photometric optical system equal to that of a photographing optical system. SOLUTION: In this photometric device provided in a photographing device having the photographing optical system 112 whose focal distance is made variable, and having the photometric optical system 102 whose focal distance is made variable, the zoom ratio of the photometric optical system is made smaller than that of the photographing optical system. Then, the focal distance of the photometric optical system is changed corresponding to the change of the focal distance of the photographing optical system only at a specified part within the focal distance variable range of the photographing optical system. |
