<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a waveform shaping circuit which obtains a signal with a 50% duty factor by correcting duty factor variation. SOLUTION: Inverter circuits 20-1 to 20-4 are used which are so constituted that the output impedance enter a low-impedance state first each time an input signal switches and then varies to a high-impedance state a certain time later. Two complementary signals A and A- are inputted to generated inverted signals B and B- for them and they are inputted to inverter circuits 20-1 and 20-4, and 20-2 and 20-3 having their output terminals short-circuited. Consequently, new complementary signals C and C- are obtained which rise at the same timing and fall at the same timing respectively and also have the same high- level period and low-level period.</p> |
