SOLUTION: In a developing roll 13 where toner is retained on its peripheral surface and the peripheral surface is in sliding contact with a surface of a photoreceptor drum 11, rigidity of two end parts 53a and 53b in the direction of a shaft, on which a belt-shaped toner seal (43) is abutted, is increased. |
