STRUCTURE FOR CONNECTING POWER LINES IN BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-line connection structure of a battery in which the correct matched connection in respect of polarity is obtained. SOLUTION: At the sides of respective terminal base portions 6 and 7 of positive polarity terminal 4 and negative polarity terminal 5 of battery 1, respectively are provided at least a pair of parallel side faces 6a and 6a and 7a and 7a in which opposite sides are parallel to each other. On positive terminal 12 of positive polarity power-line 10 and negative terminal 13 of negative polarity power-line 11 are respectively installed a pair of terminal leg portions 12b and 12b and 13b and 13b which are inserted into the respective parallel side faces 6a and 6a and 7a and 7a of the corresponding terminal base portions 6 and 7. A respective pair of terminal leg portions 12b and 12b and 13b and 13b of positive terminal 12 of positive polarity power-line 10 and negative terminal 13 of negative polarity power-line 11, and a respective pair of parallel side faces 6a and 6a and 7a and 7a of positive terminal 4 of battery 1 and respective terminal base portions 6 and 7 of negative terminal 5 are provided with engagement portions 16 and 16 and 17 and 17 and 18 and 18 and 19 and 19 positions of which are different from each other for each polarity.
