An average power monitor (APRM) amplifier 9 is connected to the arithmetic average circuit 8 and an APRM indicator 10 is connected to the APRM amplifier 9. An LPRM indication auxiliary circuit 11 having an LPRM arithmetic processing circuit 1 is connected diverged from the LPRM amplifier 6. An APRM indication having an APRM arithmetic processing circuit 2 is connected diverged from the APRM amplifier 9. An LPRM indicator 7 is connected diverged from between the LPRM amplifier 6 and arithmetic processing circuit 8.
