PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To laminate respective transparent substrates at normal temperature. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a display part having transparent substrates as a casing disposed facing each other through a liquid crystal and having a great number of pixels in the spread direction of the liquid crystal. One transparent substrate is fixed to the other transparent substrate by the sealing material for the liquid crystal which is formed to surround the display part as well as to seal the liquid crystal. The sealing material for the liquid crystal has the shear rate (l/s) equal to or higher than 0.01×shear stress (Pa) before fixed.
