PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed-loop transmitting antenna diversity method which efficiently improves the performance of uplink and downlink of a next- generation mobile communication system and a base station device and a mobile station device using the method. SOLUTION: This method includes a step (200) for measuring a variation quantity per unit time of a phase difference between antennas used by a base station device on a mobile station device, a step (210) for feeding the measurement result back to the base station, a step (220) for interpreting it by the base station device, a step (230) for finding an array antenna weighted value, and a step (240) for multiplying the array antenna weighted value by transmission data and outputting them from the corresponding antenna, and the variation quantity per unit time obtained at the step (200) is obtained by subtracting the known mutual antenna phase difference by the base station device from the current mutual antenna phase difference measured by the moving station device.
