PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable re-adjustment of a memory and to facilitate design of a socket by preventing a terminal for external interface from being cut away. SOLUTION: A terminal 11 for an external interface is formed into six divided rectangular terminals and totally located at one spot. In this case, when an external interface is not used, a ground terminal is desired or it is desired to pull up a land pattern corresponding to the terminal 11 for the external interface. Therefore, the land pattern to connect the terminal for the external interface is connected to the ground terminal or power source input terminal.
