SOLUTION: This broadcast radio wave receiver has a pair of tuner pack 1 and PLL 3 connected to one antenna 5 and a microcomputer control circuit 6, which decides that the reception of the broadcast from a broadcasting station currently in reception is disabled when the control voltage (electric field intensity) Va from the tuner pack 1 varies below a prescribed voltage Vs continuously for a certain time Ts or more retrieves the frequency of a receivable broadcasting station and temporarily stores it in a memory while making it correspond to a preset CH, and selects a broadcast to be received.
