Food container comprises a bottom (2) and a lateral wall (3) extending upwardly from it. The top of the lateral wall has an flat section to receive the cover. The container has as well fastening means to fix to another container, which is an inverted U-shaped hook (5). The hook is made from a part of the side wall, flat section (5B) and additional tab (5C) extending downwards from the end of the flat section.
