PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelf for refrigerator in which the interior of a refrigerator can be cleared and the height in the refrigerator can be adjusted finely by minimizing the number of inner box rails being provided on the opposite inner sidewalls of the refrigerator. SOLUTION: Inner box rails 2 are formed on the opposite inner sidewalls of a refrigerator 3 while facing each other in order to guide a shelf 10 for refrigerator at the opposite end thereof. Side plates 12 of the same dimension as the depth of a shelf plate 5 are provided at the opposite ends of the shelf 10. The side plate 12 is provided with a plurality of grooves 17a, 17b being fitted with the inner box rails 2 and a plate 18 for concealing at least the front edge of the grooves 17a, 17b.
