PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that a large quantity of odor generated from articles stored in a refrigeration compartment can not be deodorized directly and efficiently in the vicinity of the odor source because a deodorizing means is located closely to a cooler disposed in a compartment different from the storage compartment of a refrigerator and that odor adheres to the air circulation passage to the deodorizing means and the storage compartment can not be deodorized even after a user cleaned the storage compartment repeatedly. SOLUTION: An isolation chamber 4 is disposed under a refrigeration compartment 2 and provided with a drawing case 7b and a deodorizing means 11 is provided in the vicinity of a chill return opening 10 at a lower part of the refrigeration compartment 2 or a chill passage communicating with the chill return opening 10. The deodorizing means 11 moves when the case 7b is drawn in or out and it does not stand in a region required for drawing in or out the deodorizing means 11. |
