PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a color separation prism, that can prevent a defect caused by a leaked adhesively by forming an adhesive pool to a circumferential edge of an opening of a lens mount for passing an object light and storing the adhesive leaked from an adhered face to the adhesive pool, with respect to the mount structure for the color separation prism to fit the color separation prism provided to a television camera to the lens mount of an image-pickup lens with the adhesive. SOLUTION: A pocket 70B, that is the adhesive pool, is formed to the circumferential edge of the light passing opening 70 of the lens mount 14, to which the color separation prism 22 is fitted. When the color separation prism 22 is fitted to the lens mount 14, an excess adhesive 72A which leaked from the adhesive faces of the both is pooled in the pocket 70B, then adhesion of the adhesive 72A on a total reflection face 36 of the color separation prism 22 can be prevented.
