TRANSFER PIN AND METHOD FOR TRANSFERRING ADHESIVES USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer pin for applying adhesives in uniform shape at a uniform thickness while preventing the adhesives from being transferred to a pressure introduction hole, and a method for transferring adhesives. SOLUTION: The transfer pin 14 comprises a movable needle 14e contained in a cavity section 14c opening substantially to the central part of the bottom face 14b at the forward end part and moving in the axial direction of the transfer pin such that the forward end thereof can reach the opening plane 14d of the cavity section 14c. The transfer pin 14 further comprises a columnar movable part having a forward end face movable from the position of the opening plane of the cavity section to a position on the inside thereof. The position of a movable ring can be varied up to a position where the bottom face thereof projects outward from the bottom face at the forward end part of the transfer pin body. An elastic thin film is provided on the bottom face at the forward end part of the transfer pin. The transfer pin also comprises an ultrasonic oscillator and a method for transferring adhesives utilizes these transfer pins.
