PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a KANJI (Chinese character) retrieving and inputting method which is easy, fast and unified. SOLUTION: This KANJI retrieving method adopts twenty-four reference patterns formed by combining one to four lines, while each reference pattern is composed of one type of a line or two types of lines among four types of lines which are horizontal, vertical, downward to the right or downward to the left, and retrieves KANJI by searching a similar reference pattern from the structure of KANJI strokes. |
