PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the processing in a digital composite machine from being occupied more needed for an output of a management document in the case of synthesizing an identification mark with a registered document so as to generate the management document. SOLUTION: In the digital composite machine is provided with a document management means that generates a document code of a document to be registered in a registration means, generates an identification mark on the basis of this document code, synthesizes the identification code with all or part of the document to generate and output the management document, uses an image scanner section 7 to analyze the identification mark from the management document and to extract the document corresponding to the identification mark from a storage device 12, image data for synthesis with low resolution are generated from all or part of the document and synthesized with the identification mark in the case of generating the management document. |
