PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an EL display for reducing water vapor trapped in a flattened layer PLN after baking. SOLUTION: A first and second flattened layers PLN1 and PLN2 are composed of a material to endure a temperature for vaporizing water. It should have fluidity before sintering, and a sintering temperature higher than an organic material. Especially employing SOG material containing silicon dioxide as the main ingredient, the surface may be flattened, reducing the amount of water vapor trapped to prevent surface irregularity.
