PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease of antenna gain without affecting the reliability in operation. SOLUTION: A main system 4-0 and a reserve system 4-1 are respectively provided with dedicated feeders 5 and 6 so that a changeover switch for switching the feeders in the case of redundancy switching can be unnecessitated. The feeders 5 and 6 share a reflector 7 and further the feeders 5 and 6, and the reflector 7 are arranged so that the directions of beams respectively formed by the feeders 5 and 6 can be symmetric to a point just under an artificial satellite 100. In the case of redundancy switching, the artificial satellite 100 is rotated 180 deg. around the point just under the satellite and before and after redundancy switching to match the beam directions.
