PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable oscillation in a high frequency and further to easily control the oscillation frequency. SOLUTION: The voltage controlled oscillator has an oscillating transistor L and a varactor diode 6 connected between the base and collector of the oscillating transistor 1 in the manner of high frequency at least, a first inductance element 4a for feedback is connected between the base and emitter of the oscillating transistor 1, a second inductance element 4b for feedback is connected between the collector and emitter, and the first and second inductance elements 4a and 4b are composed of microstrip lines attached to a printed circuit board. |
