PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a small sized, light weight and inexpensive developing device by providing a constitution where a uniform thin layer of toner can be stably formed over a long period of time with a specified thickness on a toner carrier and which improves productivity management as a developing device with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: In the developing device, a projecting shape rib is provided to be a square frame on a top surface of a top cover of a top case of the developing device. Thus, labels such as manufactured lot number labels can be accurately stuck to an appropriate position and an error in detecting operation of a reader caused by a deviation in the position of the label can be prevented. |
