PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent image data provided by a sever from being preserved on a client terminal side. SOLUTION: Server software 1a which receives a request (S1) to provided an image from client terminal software 2a sends a request to inhibit preservation (S2). This request to inhibit preservation is sent to a printer driver 2b and print job processing software 3a (S3, S4). Preservation inhibiting function confirmation information is reported to the client terminal 2a (S5, S6) and preservation inhibition request acceptance information is sent to the server 1a (S7). Image data are downloaded (S8) and sent to the printer driver 2b (S9). The printer driver 2b sets a print quantity to 1 (S11) and generates a print job (S12). Print job processing software 3a once receiving the print job (S14) processes the print job to print it (S15). Information regarding the image data is erased when it becomes unnecessary to be stored (S10, S13, S16). |
