PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an actuator inexpensively and simply. SOLUTION: In an actuator 10, projecting parts 17a and 17b are arranged in a standing condition for a lens holder 17, and tracking coils 14a and 14b are directly wound on these projecting parts 17a and 17b. Grooves 17cc, 17ce and 17cf are formed on the rectangular projecting part 17c of the lens holder 17, and a focusing coil 16 is directly wound on the grooves 17cc, 17ce and 17cf. Thus, the necessity of separately providing a coil bobbin for constituting the actuator 10 is eliminated. An opening part 17j is formed in the opposite side of the wall part 17ib of the lens holder 17. Thus, the tracking coils 14a and 14b are automatically wound by an automatic winding machine (not shown). Therefore, the actuator 10 is formed inexpensively and simply.
