PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a quick freezer, and to automatically monitor the completion of freezing by estimating the freezing time of food for displaying. SOLUTION: In the quick freezer, a core temperature sensor 2 and a food temperature-measuring device 12 are provided. In this case, the core temperature sensor 2 has detection parts 4 being positioned at a plurality of places from the tip of a part being inserted into food 5 to a part close to an insertion end, and the food temperature-measuring device 12 has an operation part 9 for estimating the freezing time of the entire food 5 according to a value being detected by the detection part 4 and a display 11 for displaying estimation time.
