PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layer built cell/capacitor in which an electrical isolative separators are interposed between the plurality of adjoined positive electrode plates and negative electrode plates, can prevent the positions of the positive electrode plates and/or the negative electrode plates from varying after the positions among the positive electrode plates, the negative electrode plates and the separators are determined and then once the electrode structure is built in the electric cell/capacitor. SOLUTION: Each of separators 22a, 22b have positioning parts 24a, 24b or 26a, 26b formed by deforming other part of connecting part to which a positive electrode plate 10 or a negative electrode plate 16 connects in the direction of thickness. The positioning parts 24a, 24b or 26a, 26b determine the position of the positive electrode plate 10 or the negative electrode plate 16 relative to the separators 22a, 22b, thereby the positive electrode plate 10 or the negative electrode plate 16 opposing the separator 22b in a given relationship of position. |
