PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a gas leakage of a fuel cell, remove an electrode deformation, and reduce production cost. SOLUTION: It is characterized in that the fuel cell is provided with gaskets 7, 31, 32 to wrap and imbed a peripheral portion 4a of a solid polymer electrolyte film protruded from an electrode bonding portion by bonding the solid polymer electrolyte film 4 with two electrodes 5, 6 wherein the film have larger area than the electrodes and is located between the electrodes. |
