PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light source to enhance an optical efficiency and improve the non-uniformity of luminance. SOLUTION: A surface light source device admits incident light from plural point source 2 positioned on the lateral side of a light leading plane 1, reflects it with a reflex-surface 11 at the inside of the light leading plane, and emits light from a light emitting plane 12 of the surface of the light leading plane 1. A space 6 surrounding the point source 2 on the light incidence plane 1a of the light-leading plane 1a is composed of a reflection sheet 5, and a fixing device 7 is installed to put the point source 2 into the reflection sheet 5. |
