PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplane-bonded original plate for duplicating a hologram which is constituted by multiplane-bonding plural sheets of hologram original plates with precision and without injuring and to its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A jig 30 has a plane 31 for compactly aligning and mounting a plurality of hologram original plates 41 to be multiplane-bonded thereon and is provided with grooves 32 at least at positions of the plane 31 corresponding to hologram areas 42 of respective hologram original plates 41. On the jig 30, a plurality of hologram original plates 41 are compactly aligned and mounted, an adhesive 43 is applied onto rear surfaces of a plurality of hologram original plates 41, a substrate 44 is superposed thereon and the adhesive 43 is cured to manufacture the multiplane-bonded original plate 1 for duplicating the hologram.
