PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that distributes a document between networks by using a web browser, communicating information relating to a pint request between the networks and conducting a document conversion processing in response to the print request. SOLUTION: The document distribution system, that distributes print information generated by a device connected to a 1st network to an output device connected to a 2nd network, is provided with a unit that discriminates contents of a processing request of print information generated by the 1st network, a conversion unit that converts the print information into a prescribed form according to the processing request, a unit that transmits the converted print information to a device managing the 2nd network when the processing of the print information is discriminated to be processed by the output device on the 2nd network on the basis of the result of the preceding discrimination, and a unit that generates a print job in a distribution enable way on the basis of the processing request of the received print information to the output device connected to the 2nd network.
