PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loudspeaker system and a cooling device for the loudspeaker system that can effectively dissipate heat from a voice coil. SOLUTION: In the cooling device 20 for the speaker system, a 1st cylindrical member 20a and a 2nd cylindrical member 20b that is a concentric circle and of which diameter is larger than that of the 1st cylindrical member 20a are configured integrally radially with a plurality of 3rd plate members 20c, the 1st cylindrical member 20a is placed in a loop of magnetic flux of a magnetic circuit in the vicinity of the voice coil 8 and the 2nd cylindrical member 20a is placed outside the loop of the magnetic flux of the magnetic circuit to efficiently dissipate the heat generated in the voice 8 from the 2nd cylindrical member 20b.
