PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device thermally insulated such as a heat exchanger and a thermal insulating method in which either a maintenance work or a service work can be carried out easily and efficiently. SOLUTION: An upper panel 5a of a housing 5 covering heat exchanger main bodies 10a, 10b having a Peltier element 11 is provided with a feeding port 6. A taking-out port 8 is arranged below a front panel 5b. A plurality of small ball-like thermal insulating beads 30 can be fed into and discharged out of it. When the device is to be performed for maintenance work, thermal insulated heat can be removed only through discharging the thermal insulating beads 30 and upon completion of the maintenance work, mere setting of the thermal insulating beads 30 enables the thermal insulating processing to be carried out. Accordingly, it is possible to provide equipment showing a superior maintenance work. |
