The sliding seat (23) supports an angled, pivotably mounted operating frame with a round cutting edge (35) on its underside above the flat surface (20) in the bottom of the cutter. An upper horizontal bar (241) in the operating frame is attached to a handle (26) at its rear end. A seat body (231) provided at one end of the sliding seat is pivotably mounted on the two guide rods (22) for the seat, and this body has a central rib (232) with a cushion plate (233) on either side. The underside of the upper horizontal bar is formed as a press plate (242) located above the seat body.
