PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio terminal device which is able to stably communicate with two opposite communication stations without relatively increasing the circuit scale nor power consumption. SOLUTION: A reference clock generating circuit 101 generates a 1st reference clock regarding transmission to and reception from a base station CS1 and detects error information on timing between a 2nd reference clock regarding transmission to and reception from a base station CS2 and a 2nd reference clock. Then a timing correcting circuit 104 generates the 2nd reference clock by using the error signal and 1st reference clock.
