PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve such problems that the stuck part of a disk is spread out by the tip end of a lever and rotational operation is executed as chucking is unsatisfactory while the chucking operation of the disk is repeated because of a slight gap in the clamp hole part and the difference of each thickness and inside diameter owing to sticking of two sheets in a DVD disk. SOLUTION: In a disk chucking device consisting of a holder to which an optical disk having a central hole is attached, plural levers housed in the holder so as to protrude and sink, and a turntable having a plane parallel to the optical disk, the cross section of the lever in the plane including the rotating shaft of the turntable is constituted so that a first line far from the turntable, a second line near to the turntable and a circular arc shaped curve connecting the first line to the second line become a protruding part toward the outer peripheral direction.
