SOLUTION: An insulative post 15a erected in the center of a cap plate 14 is inserted, positioned and fixed in the inner holes of a piezoelectric element 11 and a weight 21 annularly made of the same piezoelectric material, an electrode plane 11a of the piezoelectric element 11 is electrically bonded to a conductive film 12a of the weight 12, a conducting terminal 17 is soldered to the conductive film 12a to bond a conducting pin 21 which pierces the insulation post 15a to form a connector terminal 21 in a connector part 15b, the piezoelectric element 11 and the weight 12 are settled in a case 13 and the cap plate 14 is welded to seal it.</p> |
