PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document processor capable of easily inputting the contents of a prescribed item which are different in each document in the case of preparing a routine document and a storage medium storing a document processing program. SOLUTION: The document processor selects a template by an input from an operator (S13), recognizes and documents voice including the information of contents to be embedded in the template and acquires an information source document (S15). Then an item corresponding to the selected template is acquired from a template-item correspondence table stored in an HD and a keyword for retrieving contents corresponding to the item from the information source document is acquired from an item-keyword correspondence table stored in the HD. The contents of each item are detected from the information source document on the basis of the item-keyword correspondence table (S17) and the detected contents are embedded in a corresponding position of the template to complete a routine document (S19). |
