PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor composition having stable characteristics with little changeover aging for a long use at high temperatures, a manufacturing method thereof, and a thermistor. SOLUTION: This thermistor composition is composed of an oxide composition containing Mn, Cu, Ca and at least one of Co and Ni, with borosilicate glass added thereto.
