<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring the characteristics of a photoelec tric conversion device that simply, quickly, and easily measures a plurality of characteristics of the photoelectric conversion device. SOLUTION: The IV characteristic-measuring device of a photoelectric conversion device, the insulation-measuring device of the photoelectric conversion device, and a means for switching the IV characteristic-measuring device and the insulation-measuring device are provided. The switching means connects a pair of terminals of the photoelectric conversion device to the IV characteristic-measuring device when measuring the IV characteristic of the photoelectric conversion device, short-circuits a pair of terminals of the photoelectric conversion device when measuring the insulation property of the photoelectric conversion device, and connects the short-circuiting terminal and the frame of the photoelectric conversion device to the insulation-measuring device.</p> |
