<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image remote transmission reception method and its system, that can comparatively easily control a photographing direction of a camera to a target object while a zoom lens is set to a telescopic position remotely and can realize wide-angle photographing at a comparatively low cost, while keeping the image resolution of an object placed in the middle, to some degree. SOLUTION: A camera section 200 independently processes image signals from CCD sensors 9, 16, A/D converters 19, 20 convert the processed signals into digital signals, image memories 23, 24 store the digital image signals, an MPU 27 discriminates a magnification of the stored picked-up image in the image memories 23, 24, and magnification discrimination information that is discriminated is fed to a reception display device with image data. The reception display device expands compressed image data received from the camera section 200, composites the received images on the basis of the magnification discrimination information received after the expansion and displays the composited image on a screen.</p> |
