<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic mail managing device for capturing contents of electronic mails from the list display of preserved electronic mails. SOLUTION: This electronic mail managing device for preserving received electronic mails, and for extracting information indicating outlines of the electronic mails from the preserved electronic mails, and for displaying a list of the electronic mails is provided with a summary extraction processing part for extracting summarized parts indicating summaries of the electronic mails from texts of the electronic mails and an information outputting part for adding the extracted summarized parts to the list of the electronic mails, and for displaying it.</p> |
