PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a film excellent in optical characteristic and having a video display part for a right eye and a video display part for a left eye. SOLUTION: In this method for manufacturing a 3D video display body for realizing a 3D video in which the video display part (a) for the right eye and the video display part (b) for the left eye coexist; a phase difference film is provided on a transparent supporting material 1 through adhesive 2, the specified part of the phase difference film is cut and removed by a super-hard cutter 4, so that plural recessed grooves 8 extended and set from one side of the film to other side are arranged side by side, and a display member 5 is succeedingly superposed or stuck to the phase difference film.
