PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem such that optical performance is affected by variation in the interval between lenses when the optical axes are aligned with each other by falling one lens toward the optical axis. SOLUTION: The lens device is constituted having lens holding members 13 and 14 which hold lenses and the holding surfaces 13a and 14b of the lens holding members are made spherical having their centers at the same positions with the center of the spherical surface R1 of one lens in the device (e.g. lens L1 or L2 held by the lens holding member).
