PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly wind a flexible external electrode by preventing generation of a damage such as a crease, a crack or the like. SOLUTION: The flexible external electrode 17 is wound by a rotating winding part 23 on the surface of a wire 14 formed by coating the circumference of a core electrode by a flexible composite piezoelectric body layer, to form a pressure sensor 26. The pressure sensor 26 is transferred by a conveyance driving part 27 and simultaneously the wire rod 14 is advanced, and a bobbin 43 wound the flexible external electrode 17 thereon is rotatavely mounted on the winding part 23, thereby the flexible external electrode 17 is firmly wound without a damage.
