PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a canceling circuit cannot be expected to stably operate since a means for automatically adjusting characteristics of the canceling circuit is not provided and a sufficient band cannot be secured by automatic adjustment since a band to be cancelled is not taken into account as to the automatic adjustment of the canceling circuit. SOLUTION: According to the envelope detection signal level of a pilot tone inputted from a level detector 30, a control circuit 42 measures the signal intensity of only the pilot tone received by receiving antennas 11 and 12, varies and sets the frequency of the pilot tone so that the signal intensity of the pilot tone is minimum at the output terminal of a canceling circuit 20, i.e., the output terminal of an adder 22, and adjusts the transfer function of an equalizer 21 to excellently cancel an interference wave accompanied by a multipath. Namely, the canceling circuit can automatically be adjusted over a wide band. |
