PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic switch that prevents terminal bolt 10 from releasing and reduces the generated heat without enlarging terminal bolt 10 and makes recycling of contact case 11 possible. SOLUTION: A contact case 11 is formed by molding a synthetic resin having insulating property. A steel spacer 15 is fixed to the mounting portion of a terminal bolt 10 by molding. The spacer 15 has cylindrical part having an annular hole in its center and a cutter part projected in radial and outward direction of the cylindrical part. These are molded so that both sides of the cutter part are covered with resins. In the terminal bolt 10, a conductor part 7a of fixed contact 7 is interposed between the spacer 15 and a bolt head 10b at inner side of contact case 11, a thread part 10a of the terminal bolt 10 is protruded outwardly from the contact case 11 through an inserting hole communicating with the conductor part 7a and the annular hole of the spacer 15, a nut 19 is fastened to the thread part 10a through an washer 20.
