PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine which can always maintain a fine external appearance by letting the external surface of its cabinet have a self- cleaning function. SOLUTION: Such self-cleaning function that washes away contaminants which adhere to a coating film 20 with rain water is given to the external surface of the cabinet 1 of a vending machine by forming the coating film 20 by applying paint containing an added hydrophilic agent to the external surface as low-contamination type paint so that the contact angle between the coating film 20 and water may become smaller by the hydrophilic agent on the surface of the film 20.
