PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that separation and pressing of a peeling claw from and to the surface of a fixing means cannot be surely controlled in a conventional device where a form to which an unfixed toner image is stuck passes a press-contact part between a pair of fixing means pressed to each other to fix the toner image on the form and the form which is stuck to the surface of the fixing means after passing the press-contact part is peeled from the surface of the fixing means by one shake end of the freely shakable peeling claw. SOLUTION: The other shake end 4b of the peeling claw 4 is arranged on a form carrying path below the press-contact part, and the peeling claw 4 is shaken by abutting of the form on the other shake end 4b of the peeling claw 4 to separate one shake end of the peeling claw 4 from the surface of the fixing means, and thus the peeling claw is surely separated and pressed with a simple and inexpensive constitution.
